1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Services provided by us, Studio Smith Interiors LTD a company registered in England and Wales under number 14747998 whose registered address is at 63 Grange Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7RN.
By purchasing ‘Curated Spaces - A Personalised Blueprint Service, from Studio Smith Interiors LTD, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.
2. Scope of Services
Curated Spaces is a personalised design and space planning service offered by Studio
Smith Interiors LTD, focused on period properties.
These services include, but are not limited to:
- Design consultations (virtual and/or in-person where applicable)
- Customised layout and design plans (delivered in PDF format)
- Design support tailored to period home renovation, including floor plans and eBooks
Please note that Curated Spaces is not a substitute for professional architectural or structural
services. Any designs provided must be reviewed by relevant professionals (e.g., architects, builders,
structural engineers) to ensure viability.
3. Service Delivery and Timeline
3.1 Upon purchasing a Curated Spaces service, we will begin the design process after a detailed
consultation and receipt of all necessary materials (e.g., photos, measurements).
3.2 The expected delivery time for the full design package is typically between 2 to 4 weeks,
depending on the scope of the project and the level of service chosen.
3.3 One round of revisions is included, which must be requested within 10 days of receiving the
initial layout. Additional revisions or requests made after this period may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 You agree to provide timely and accurate information necessary for us to complete the
design, including but not limited to measurements, photographs, and feedback.
4.2 Measurement Accuracy: Studio Smith Interiors will not be responsible for any discrepancies
or issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by you. It is your responsibility to
ensure that all measurements are accurate prior to submitting them.
4.3 Should you fail to provide feedback or required information for a period of more than 3 weeks,
Studio Smith Interiors reserves the right to:

5. Additional Fees and Revisions
5.2 The fee for the service includes one round of revisions based on your feedback. Any
additional rounds of revisions or significant changes to the original design request may incur
extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
5.3 If the project is delayed by your failure to respond or provide necessary materials within 3
weeks, an additional charge of £99 may be applied to resume the project. This fee is to
compensate for scheduling disruptions and potential rework required.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 All services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of work. We accept online
payments via [list acceptable payment methods]. Any additional services or fees incurred
during the project will be invoiced separately.
6.2 Given the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the project has commenced.
However, if you wish to cancel before the design process has begun, you may be entitled to a
partial refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
6.3 If the project is terminated after work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All design materials, including floor plans, eBooks, and other creative assets provided as part
of the service, remain the intellectual property of Studio Smith Interiors.
7.2 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for the sole
purpose of your personal renovation project. Reselling, distributing, or using the designs for
commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Studio Smith
Interiors LTD.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Curated Spaces provides design and space planning services, but we do not guarantee that
the designs will be structurally feasible. It is your responsibility to have the designs reviewed
by qualified professionals (e.g., architects, structural engineers) before proceeding with any
construction or renovation work.
8.2 We accept no liability for damages, delays, or additional costs incurred as a result of
miscommunication, project delays, or failure to tender the designs with relevant professionals.
8.3 Studio Smith Interiors LTD is not responsible for issues that arise during construction or
renovation, including but not limited to builder errors, material issues, or project feasibility.
9. Confidentiality
Studio Smith Interiors LTD respects your privacy and agrees to keep all personal information,
project details, and shared materials confidential. We may use anonymised versions of your
project for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Termination
10.1 Studio Smith Interiors LTD reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to
communicate or provide necessary materials within a reasonable time or breaches any terms
of this Agreement.
10.2 You may terminate the project at any time, but no refunds will be provided once work has
commenced.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions (and the Contract), including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising from them or associated with them, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between us and you relating to these Terms and Conditions (or the Contract) (including any non-contractual matters and obligations arising from them or associated with them) will fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
